Miller, Pharm.D., Ph.D. Self-published from that time through 2011, it is now published by Wiley Blackwell Publishing. Current and archived issues are avialable on the Wiley Online Library, which can be accessed using the link above.

Pharmacotherapy is the official journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
